Product Description

  1. 1. Process Description

  2. ump the waste or crude oil into the preheat reactor and start to burn the hot air stove(by coal,fuel oil,natural gas or wood).
  3. The hot air goes into the smoke pass of the main reactor to preheat the main reactor.And after,the hot air will go into the the pass of the preheat reactor to preheat the inside oil to remove the water content.
  4. Pump the preheated oil from preheat reactor into main reactor,and the temperature will goes up gradually.
  5. When the temperature of preheat reactor goes up to 120sºC,there will be some gasoline generated from through the gas collection tower.The gasoline will go into the cooling pipe and become liquid gasoline.The the liquid gasoline will goes into the gasoline tank.
  6. When the main reactor temperature reaches up to 360ºC,there will be oil gas generated and go through the distillation tower into the fractionation tower,where the oil gas will be separated into diesel and gasoline.The diesel gas will goes into its cooling pipe to be cooled into liquid diesel and goes into diesel tank.The gasoline gas will goes into its cooling pipe to be cooled into liquid gasoline and goes into gasoline tank.
  7. Pump the diesel into oil washing tank to remove the black firstly and then pump into neutralization tank for neutralizating the acid content and then pump into the filtering tank to filter all the impurities.
  8. After refined,pump the refined diesel and into final diesel storage tank.Pump all the gasoline into gasoline(which no need further refined) storage tank.
  9. Unliquified gas,which is flammable,will go through two water sealing system(anti-fire back) into the hot air stove.This kind of gas will be recycled as fuel to save energy.
  10. The smoke from the heating source will goes into the dust removing system to be cleaned and emmitted into the air with no any pollution.
