(3)The center distance tolerance: ± 1.0mm.(4)Single-panel pressure: positive pressure≥0.15Mpa, negative pressure≥133Kpa, no deformation.
(5)Panel shape: crew cut at the ends, forming part with five degree angle.
(6)Oil groove depth of single piece: depth ≥ 11mm (plate thickness 1.0mm)depth ≥ 11.5mm (plate thickness 1.2mm)

3.Related parameters of the production lineThe production line processing requirements goals:
(1)The specific production efficiency: as for 2000 mm length of the workpiece, it will reach over 35pcs/hour
(2)Side seam welding machine's speed of not less than 1.7 m/ min
(3)Roll rolling line speed 6.4m/min.
(4)The bottle neck of the production line is the multi-spot welding, if add an extra, production will improve 60%.
(5)The total power is about 315KVA.
(6)The production line needs the 2-3 operators, depending on situation.
(7)The general working piece height is 1000 mm.
(8)Equipment design and manufacture should be consistent with ISO international standards, environmental standards and safety standards.
