2. Producing and Assemble details(main steps)
1.Put the crude Zinc Oxide into combination apparatus infiltrating with sulfuric acid,transfer it into the treater for removal of impurities, and then transfer it to the purifier for further purification. Then put it into the resolver, adding sodium carbonate for double decomposition. Transfer this intermediate product into the drying roaster drying to get refined Zinc Oxide.With the high rotating purifier,we get the product for further and last purification.
2.Put the abietic acid and glycerol into the reaction kettle for esterification, suggesting this step going the same time with first step for saving time.
3.The two products of first step and second step should be respectively stored in storage tanks before next step.
4.Put the two products into the blender to blend,the ratio of two products should depend on the use of your final product.
5.Tin the final products of step 4 using the liquid filling machine to specification.

Used to make acid-resistant coating to bond iron pieces to porcelain ware, and for joining tubes
