Product Description
Complete production line is composed by:
1.Working table: which is built with galvanized steel. All working stations for producing ice cream requested by the  customer are contained. Including: one set of horizontal extruder and cutting station, one set of vertical extruder station and cutting, one set of stick inset station, one chocolate spraying station, one nuts adding station, one hammer station and one set of washing system for trays with cleaning brush and motor.
2.Freezing tunnel: is entirely built in galvanized steel. The tunnel frame, chain. All parts of tunnel is designed and built according to new and advanced technology. The frame is built which can bear highest dilatation. Also, the whole system is equipped with emergency stop device whenever any problem occurred on the tunnel or chain. Also, we equip one set of stainless steel plates for stick ice cream and one set of plastic tray for cone ice cream.
