Pressure Swing Adsorption(PSA) is a popular technology which is used to separate some gas species from a mixture of gases under pressure. This is achieved as per the species' molecular characteristics and affinity for an adsorbent material. PSA operates at near-ambient temperatures. It differs from cryogenic distillation techniques of gas separation. Special adsorptive materials(for example: zeolites) are used as a molecular sieve, preferentially adsorbing the target gas species at high pressure. The process then swings to low pressure to desorb the adsorbent material.
System 1,Air compressed system (independent):
First of all, raw materials air compressed by air compressor, the outlet pressure is 0.7MPa, gas production capacity 250m3/min, export temperature ≤ 40 ºC , oil content≤5 PPM. Then the compressed air gets into the air cushion tank V-8.
System 2,Purification system:
Compressed air go through efficient oil removal device (level 3 filter, belt cyclone separator) to remove most of the oil, water, dust, and then into a freezing drying machine, down the compressed air dew point of atmospheric pressure to-23 ºC or so, to remove a large number of moisture. Then into a precision filter to make oil content ≤0.001 PPM, dust content ≤0.01 u m, then go through the activated carbon filter to remove acid and alkaline and other harmful gases and micro oil mist make oil content ≤ 0.001 PPM.
System 3,Oxygen making system:
PSA oxygen generator is an automation equipment which based on zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent, using pressure adsorption, desorption buck, adsorption to release oxygen from the air. Thus separate O2 from N2. The compression process of water and CO2 is the same with nitrogen. Finally the high purity oxygen came out from the adsorption tower.
System 4, Supercharging system:
The finished oxygen can booster the pressure from 3Mpa to 150Mpa through the supercharging system. The oxygen plant can fill 280 15kg oxygen cylinders on the condition that it works 12 hours per day.
