Gelatin production line
1.Brief introduction
Gelatin is a protein extracted from animal bones and skins after a long process of degradation. Gelatin is widely used in food, medicine, chemical industry and other industries. It is an important industrial raw material and additive.
Gelatin industry has a history of more than 100 years. It has been using the traditional production process, that is, acid leaching aggregate to generate bone element, then lime soaking bone element, after about 100 days, and then hot water extraction to obtain gelatin. The greatest advantages of the traditional process for preparing gelatin are: simple operation, separate product quality grades, the best photographic adhesive can be obtained, and a certain proportion of industrial adhesive can also be produced.
2.Process flow of this project
Bone grain---screening and removing impurity---smash---demineralization---clean---enzymolysis---clean---hot water extraction---diatomite filtration---concentrate---freeze molding---fourdrinier drying---crush---packing
3.Description of technical flow:
After removing impurities from defatted bone grains, crushing and sieving into particles less than 40 meshes, calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate are removed by acid leaching method, and bone element is obtained. Calcium hydrogen phosphate is obtained by neutralizing waste acid water with lime. It is feed additive and industrial raw material. After cleaning, bone element is hydrolyzed by enzymes, and the hydrolysis process is controlled for about 12 to 16 hours. After hydrolysis, it is cleaned again. Clean, hot water can extract gelatin, gelatin at low temperature extruded into strips, drying in a long net dryer, can obtain high quality gelatin.
The gelatin can be decolorized and filtered to remove impurities and obtain higher quality gelatin.
