1. Equipment Usage This equipment is for the production of low-carbon stainless steel, ultra-low carbon stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, stainless steel containing N, and other steel types for blowing and refining. It can be mixed with fully melted initial steel for blowing, or partially added with block shaped scrap in advance and during the blowing process for blowing.
2. Equipment functions (1) Blowing with a mixture of nitrogen oxygen and argon oxygen to achieve decarburization and chromium retention. (2) During slag making and blowing, the steel slag is stirred strongly to remove impurities and sulfur in the steel, and the effect is good.
3. Introduction to Mechanical Equipment This AOD furnace consists of a furnace body, a supporting mechanism, a tilting mechanism, a gas control system, and a movable operating platform. 1.Furnace body: The furnace body is composed of two parts: the furnace body and the furnace capA. The furnace body is composed of steel plate coil welding, and there is a seat ring flange on the outer diameter of the furnace.
B. The furnace cover is also composed of steel plate coil welding. The connection between the furnace body and the furnace cover is completed by bolts and nuts. The connection between the furnace body and the support ring is completed by long wedge pins and wedge blocks.
(2) Supporting mechanism The supporting mechanism consists of a support ring, main and driven shafts, bearing seats, and supporting steel seats. The supporting mechanism should bear the weight of the furnace body, furnace cap, refractory materials, molten steel, and a total weight of 40-45T. During the blowing process, the molten steel is impacted by the airflow, causing vibration in the furnace body. Therefore, the reliability of the supporting mechanism is a guarantee for the safe and long-term operation of the equipment. (3) Tilting mechanism The tilting mechanism consists of a three-phase AC variable frequency motor, an electric hydraulic block brake, a high speed ratio reducer, an active shaft, a support ring, a driven shaft, bearings, and a bearing seat. Model of three-phase AC motor: YZRP225M-8 22KW Its torque is 63000N M. Enough to meet the needs of an 8T furnace. Main and driven shaft diameters: Made of 35Cv forged parts, processed after passing flaw detection inspection. The inclinometer installed on the AOD tilting furnace driving mechanism can accurately display the position of the AOD tilting furnace.
(4) Moving flat car in front of the furnace During normal smelting, the operating platform in front of the furnace needs to be close to the fixed platform to facilitate loading, slag removal, maintenance and other operations. It can be opened during steelmaking and slag discharge. The operation platform in front of the furnace is driven by an electric motor, and the wheel bearings are made of wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant bearings. The platform load is 1 ton. Install a movable fire baffle at the furnace mouth on the platform, and the operation platform panel is a patterned plate. The gauge of the operating platform meets the steel tapping requirements, and the gap between the operating platform and the fixed platform is 30mm. Motor power 2.2Kw
(5) Equipment lubrication Before operating the AOD furnace equipment, strictly follow the requirements on the gearbox nameplate to add lubricating oil to the gearbox.
