Techincal Service
1. Production line design. Including the production line of construction plans, and civil engineering construction drawings, electrical construction drawings, construction drawings power, construction drawings dust, indoor water supply and drainage construction plans, air pipeline construction plans.
2. Puts up a factory technical guidance. The content includes: The equipment order consultation, the equipment setup instruction, the formulation production plans and so on.
3. Provides technical data which puts up a factory. The content includes: Company's part control system, the production line various posts' responsibility system, the craft working instruction, the equipment rules for safe operation, the personnel establish job functions establish a table of organization, trial production tool table of contents, laboratory instrument and drugs table of contents and inspection procedure.
4. Training and the production line of the debugging process. Include: formulation of raw materials into the plant standards, the production line quality control system, and all production lines linked load testing, on-site training instruction until production in line with the state standards GB/T11968-1997 qualified products.
