3.Introduction to Structure and Performance
The workbench can rotate in any direction within its own plane. The control switch on the electrical box can specify the forward and reverse directions of rotation, and the foot switch can be used to start or stop the rotation. The transmission process is: motor → first stage worm gear pair → second stage worm gear pair → table top. Using an AC frequency converter for speed regulation, the transmission system has a self-locking mechanism. When the worktable tilts, it will not cause the worktable to rotate under the condition that the load eccentricity is not greater than the specified range. Various specifications of chucks can be installed on the table to fix different workpieces, making operation convenient and flexible. The flipping angle can be stopped at any position from 0 Moh to 90 Moh, meeting various usage needs. The flipping motor is a brake motor. When the workpiece reaches a certain angle and stops, the brake motor and worm gear reducer are double self operated, making the operation safe and reliable.
