Main equipment of disinfectant production:

1.Disinfectant equipment:.84 disinfectant should be made of special corrosion resistant and antioxidant materials and corrosion resistant pumps. Stainless steel mixing containers must not be used. Otherwise, it is easy to corrode and oxidize. The hand disinfectant gel and antibacterial foam hand washing liquid are made of stainless steel emulsification equipment and equipped with automatic feeding and automatic discharging. When adding ethanol, all motors in the equipment adopt explosion-proof motors, and other materials and equipment shall not be used.

2.Reverse osmosis deionized water equipment:It mainly removes heavy metals such as calcium and magnesium ions and harmful bacteria in water to enhance the stability and shelf life of the product;

3.Digital water automatic metering equipment:It is an important tool to ensure the accuracy of automatic measurement of water, to ensure the consistency of product quality and to reduce labor cost.

4.Liquid filling machine:It is an automatic filling tool based on different packaging volume. 84 disinfectant is filled by a corrosion-resistant filling machine instead of a traditional stainless steel filling machine. If it is filled with non chlorine disinfectant, it is filled by a filling machine.
