Integrated Monomer Furnace for Basalt Fiber Continuous Fiber Production
1. Introduction of equipment
Monomer furnace for basalt fiber production adopts fully fused heating method, can be used to produce high performance basalt continuous fiber. This equipment integration is high, all system are organically concentrated in one whole, the user only need to connect water and electricity, add granular raw material to the ground layer then can carry on the production operation of wire drawing. The equipment drives the production of 1 leak plate, single equipment can achieve annual production capacity 100,000t basalt fiber. It's installation is flexible, it can be installed and operated separately, can also be operated in multiple combinations.
2. The main technical parameters
A. Roving monomer furnace (400-800 hole)
1). Capacity: 100-200t/y;
2). Fiber diameter:
≥13μm.
B. Spun yarn monomer furnace (400 hole)
1). Capacity: 30t/y;
2). Fiber diameter: 7-13
μm.
3. The main usage and application scope
This equipment can be used to produce 7~23μm diameters basalt continuous fiber. Ambient temperature ≥0ºC, ambient humidity≥50%. The equipment should have reliable power and tap water supply, the power supply: 50HZ, 380V; water: DN15, pressure is not less than 0.2MPa.
4. Operation security
This equipment is provided with safe electric protection, can guarantee at least 1 hour of safety protection during power outages, ensure that the equipment can be put into production as soon as possible when the power supply is restored.
