Introduction to raw materials
The proportion of common raw materials for fiber cement tile is 50% cement, 30-40% stone powder, 6-8% asbestos fiber, 4-5% pulp fiber and 1% glass fiber.According to the customer's actual situation, if the raw materials for the production of asbestos free tiles are distributed as follows: Cement 50%, stone powder 30-40%, wood pulp fiber 8%, pulp fiber 5% and glass fiber 1%.
1.Asbestos is composed of fiber bundles, which are composed of long and fine fibers that can be separated from each other. Asbestos has high fire resistance, electrical insulation and thermal insulation. It is an important fire prevention, insulation and thermal insulation material. Now the asbestos fiber we use is combined with cement slurry, which can extract the cement in the bonding slurry and harden it. (there are many kinds of asbestos fibers and many substitutes, such as textile fiber, plant fiber, industrial chemical fiber, etc.)
2.The tailings of stone powder mines are mainly silicon calcium containing materials, which are mainly used for concrete addition and mixing in the construction industry. It is an important filling component in the fiber cement tile. It plays a role in reducing the density and alleviating the hardness of cement in the tile. The tile made is not so hard and brittle.
3.Pulp fibers are usually calcium silicate board containing asbestos. In the manufacturing process, waste kraft paper or paper with good fiber quality recovered at one time are used to decompose into fine fibers through paper shredder and fiber refiner, which can maintain the moisture rate of the blank in the manufacturing process and make the moisture volatilize evenly in the curing process.
4.Glass fiber plays a very small part in tile manufacturing. Its main role is to fuse and harden the blank before the cement solidifies at the initial stage of tile forming.
