Part One : Description about rock wool 
The rock wool products used basalt as their main raw materials. After being put in a high-temperature in the towering stove, the melted basalt is made into inorganic fiber by the high-speed acentric equipment. Meanwhile we put bond, polish, and silicone oil in it. 
According to different requirements, we can manufacture many kinds of products.

Part Two:   Producing Process
1 Raw materials and coke are filled automatically to the top of the cupola entrance.
2 These objects melt and flow out from the bottom of the cupola into the vortex spinning machine.
3 Together with a small amount of adhesive and oil, the melt subject generates the filamentous fibers in the vortex spinning machine.
4 Filamentous fibers were spun into cotton which conveyed through the rollers.
5 After structure and density adjusted, they enter the curing oven.
6 Products out from the curing oven are cutted by the sawing machine.
7 Packaging or special handling.
