3. Machine List and Specifications

3.1Suspended beam CSM payoff frame of 1250
The 1250 cantilever type payoff consists of the main frame, the reel promoting unit, the reel clipping unit and the reel driving unit etc. The reel promoting unit consists of AC motor, worm reducer, screw pole, bearing, etc. It is used to raise the reel to a suitable position for clipping/loosing the reel.  The reel clipping unit consists of the AC motor, worm reducer and screw pole. The reel driving unit consists of AC motor, chain wheel, worm reducer, three speed gear box.

3.2 Dual-reel tension dancer 
The machine is consist of frame and two horizontal reels. The diameter of the two reels is800mm. the one reel is the driving reel, another is the fixed reel. The tension is provide by pneumatic cylinder.
